Flash player runs slow

How do I correct this error message: "A script in this movie is causing Adobe
Flash player to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become
unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?

It depends on what the player is doing. some flash takes a lot of time to load also when it comes to graphic hardwares.

This only happens when I am playing an online game with
"CLUB.LIVE.COM.SEEKADOO" Then I am promped to click yes or now. If I click
no, the game freezes up. If I click yes, the game runs at warp speed. No
matter what I choose, I am not able to play the game.
